Support Worker Days

Wycliffe House offers a safe place for men who have experienced a mild to moderate brain injury trauma who find it hard to engage with traditional services and who use, or have used, alcohol and/or substances.

We are now seeking Support Workers who will ideally have previous experience as a Care Support Worker or Healthcare Assistant and will possess an NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Health & Social Care. A background in Psychology would be an advantage.

You will assist in the formulation and delivery of care plans involving psychological treatment and/or management of a residents problems under the supervision of a qualified psychologist to maximise their recovery and independence.

A positive and caring attitude is essential as is the flexibility to work various shifts including weekends. Christchurch Group is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of vulnerable adults.
