Annual Leave* 

As our employee your annual leave entitlement would include core holiday and bank holidays, if you were to join us part time you would receive a pro-rata entitlement.  In addition to your core entitlement, as an employee you would have the opportunity to purchase up to a further five days entitlement through a salary sacrifice scheme.

Childcare Vouchers

Tax free vouchers are available to our employees, to help save up to £1000 every year through this salary sacrifice scheme.

Cycle to Work Scheme

Our cycle to work scheme enables our employees to purchase a bicycle and associated safety equipment, whilst taking advantage of savings of up to 42%.  The scheme is available annually for a fixed period as a flexible benefit through a salary sacrifice scheme.

We reward our employees loyalty with a presentation, certificate and shopping vouchers.  This vouchers increase in monetary value, for 5, 10, 15, 20 and 25 years of service.

Dependent on meeting the eligibility criteria, our employees are automatically enrolled to the Group pension scheme.  Contributions may increase after specified timescales.

Performance Development Reviews

Our employees have a structured appraisal and supervision programme.  We recognise that it is important to help align individual objectives to that of the organisation, to motivate staff and provide them with the tools and confidence they need to deliver to the best of their abilities.  

Professional Fee Reimbursement

In line with HMRC guidelines, any professional memberships held by our employees which require annual subscription fees, will be reimbursed.
