A taste of the Caribbean at Hunters Moor

On Friday 12 August 2016, staff, clients, friends and family took part in a Caribbean Day to celebrate the summer at Hunters Moor in Birmingham.

Caribbean food, including jerk chicken, rice, peas and dumplings with an ‘amazing’ sauce was prepared by Chef Andy Hall and Rio Dacres and the centre was decorated and staff and clients dressed up and thoroughly got in the spirit of things, all accompanied by reggae music which fitted in perfectly with the sunshine.

Registered Manager, Ricky Mugwagwa said, “Our annual Caribbean Day was a great success – thanks to the dedication of our staff who went the extra mile to make the day really special for our clients. On top of this, the weather was perfect!”
